One way to help listeners understand you better is to make it clear when you change subject. You can use phrases like “Now we will introduce the next proposal” or “We’ve discussed finance up to now. The next point in my speech will be production”.In this way, listeners will know that you’re now talking about a different issue than five minutes ago. You can use these expressions:

  1. Moving on to a different topic…
  2. Let’s switch to another subject…
  3. That’s enough about that, let’s concentrate on…
  4. I’d like to redirect our attention to…
  5. Let’s move the discussion in a new direction…
  6. I think it’s time to start with something else…
  7. We want to broaden the scope and include…
  8. Why not take a step back and focus on…?
  9. I’d like to introduce a new topic…
  10. It’s important to also discuss…
  11. Now I want to touch on…
  12. This is the right moment to introduce…
